Gmail · Google Workspace · 5 steps
- 01
Copy your ModuHelp support address
In ModuHelp, open Settings > Email and copy your exclusive address (like support@inbox.moduhelp.com). This is where Gmail will forward.
- 02
Open “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” in Gmail
Settings (gear icon) > See all settings > “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab. Click “Add a forwarding address”.
- 03
Paste the ModuHelp address
Paste the address from step 1. Gmail sends a confirmation code — it lands in ModuHelp and shows on the same settings page. Copy it back into Gmail.
- 04
Enable forwarding to that address
On the same tab, choose “Forward a copy of incoming mail to...” and pick the ModuHelp address. Save changes at the bottom of the page.
- 05
Send yourself a test email
Write from your personal address to your usual support address. A new ticket should appear in ModuHelp within seconds. If it does, you are done.
Frequently asked
- Do customers keep writing to the same address?
- Yes. Forwarding is internal; senders notice nothing. Your public support address stays exactly as it is today.
- Do replies leave from my Gmail or from ModuHelp?
- From ModuHelp, using your configured sending domain. To customers it is an ordinary email from your company.
- Can I keep a copy in Gmail?
- Yes — it is the default option (“forward a copy”). The Gmail mailbox keeps receiving everything, as it always has.
