About the invoice.

Does the 300 or 1,000 limit block my team?
No. The limit only counts replies the AI writes and sends. Your team can keep replying to as many emails by hand as they like, with no limit.
What happens when I reach the AI reply limit?
We warn you before you get there. You can move up a plan whenever you like, and there are never surprise overage charges. Meanwhile, replying by hand stays unlimited.
How many support inboxes can I connect?
One support inbox per workspace, on every plan. Need more? Write to us and we will see what we can do.
How many people can use ModuHelp?
Up to three on Starter and up to ten on Pro. We do not charge per seat: the price does not change with the number of people within that limit. Need more? We talk.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The 7-day trial starts with no card. It only asks for payment details if you decide to continue.
What does the 7-day trial include?
Seven days with the agent active, up to 30 AI replies in total and at most 10 per day. Replying by hand never counts against the limit. When the trial ends, the agent pauses until you pick a plan — your emails and data stay put.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices shown exclude VAT. Businesses in Portugal pay VAT at the applicable rate (currently 23%) on top. Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge, with no Portuguese VAT. Outside the EU, no Portuguese VAT applies either. The tax number is collected at checkout and shown on the invoice.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a pro-rated adjustment. Downgrades take effect on the next cycle.
